Joeys (Age 0-2)

Welcome to the Joeys Room, a cozy, nurturing space designed for our youngest learners, aged 0-2 years. We care for up to 12 babies daily, with a dedicated team of four permanent educators. While the required ratio is one educator for every four children, we go above and beyond to ensure each child receives individualized care and attention, helping them feel secure and valued.

In the Joeys Room, we follow the “Circle of Security” approach, focusing on building strong, trusting bonds with each baby. Our routines and educational experiences are tailored to each child’s unique needs and interests, promoting a sense of belonging. We support the development of key self-help skills, such as holding a spoon, transitioning from a cot to a mat, and drinking from a sippy cup, while encouraging independence in daily routines like handwashing.

Our goal is to create a safe, loving environment where every child feels at home, fostering their growth and happiness every step of the way.
